They are refined in our salt ponds for a minimum of 2 months. La Ferme des Baleines Salt Pond Select Oysters carry the flavours of the merroir of the Île de Ré: a balance of land and sea.
Salt Pond Select Oysters from La Ferme des Baleines will be available for purchase at the farm and online starting in December 2018.
